Consider volunteering to help out at Celebrate Science Indiana on Saturday, October 14th at the Indiana State Fairgrounds in the Exposition Hall. Our exceptional volunteers play a vital role in ensuring the seamless execution of Celebrate Science Indiana.

As a volunteer at Celebrate Science Indiana, you could be assisting exhibitors with final move-in and setup of their booths, providing assistance at exhibitor booths as needed, hanging signage, distributing supplies, welcoming and counting attendees as they arrive and conducting exit surveys as attendees leave the festival. There will be all sorts of opportunities to suit all interests.

Whether you’re looking to volunteer yourself or know someone who is, we invite you to access our volunteer sign-up form through the link below. You can volunteer for all day or one or more of three shifts: 9:00 AM – Noon, 11:30 AM – 2:30 PM, 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

Volunteers should be at least 16 years old. Those under 18 years of age will need a consent form signed by a parent or guardian.
